True Unity in Christ Alone

We continue in the second chapter of Ephesians. After describing the sovereign grace of salvation as a resurrection from the dead, Paul now describes the great work of God in uniting Jews and Gentiles together in one new humanity. Here we begin to see the main theme of the book as we consider the unity of the new creation and the glory of the church.

The message is entitled True Unity in Christ Alone. We will consider these four points from the text:

  1. The natural alienation. (vv. 11-12)
  2. The reconciling work of Christ. (v. 13)
  3. The resulting peace. (vv. 14-18)
  4. Implications for us today.
