Paul continues to apply the doctrine of the church to the third relationship in the church, that of slaves and masters. We will consider Paul’s exhortation to slaves and masters. Some have asked why doesn’t Paul outright denounce the institution of slavery. We will discuss this and seek to apply the teaching to our lives today. Paul is teaching us to have a heavenly perspective on labor and service.
