Paul’s Place and Ours in the History of Redemption

We are coming to the end of our study of the book of Romans. We begin Paul’s personal address to the church. He concludes with a reminder of his ministry and the work of Christ through it. Our text is Romans 15:14-21. We will consider these four points:

1. Paul’s confidence about the church. (v. 14)
2. The purpose of Paul’s letter and ministry. (vv. 15-16)
3. Paul’s “boasting” in Christ Jesus. (vv. 17-20)
4. Our place and our “boasting.”
